Jo-Chu-Ge Renzoku Kumite.

One thing that is new to me in Meibukan Goju-ryu is specific forms of pre-arranged sparring that are included in the basic training. The particular kind in which there is continuous movement is called renzoku kumite, and the first sequence that we learn in Meibukan is Jo-Chu-Ge, or “high, middle, low”. It takes some getting used to at first, so for anyone else who may be learning it, here is the sequence as shown in a video (courtesy of YouTube user ) and written down step by step.
